Sheilah is the Co-Founder of CSR Talent Group (CSRTG), the first on-demand, talent platform for companies seeking highly skilled experts in CSR, ESG, and Sustainability to achieve their corporate citizenship goals. CSRTG was founded on the wave of companies seeking more options – beyond the traditional consulting model – to meet their unique needs while the demand for specialized talent continues to grow. Sheilah serves as head of marketing and strategic partnerships.
Prior to CSRTG, Sheilah worked for over a decade in non-profit management at City Harvest in New York City. There she lead program teams in food procurement, redistribution and lastly developing healthy food access points in designated “food deserts” across the five boroughs. During her tenure, with the New York City Department of Health and LISC, she Co-Founded, the Healthy Food Action Network – a consortium of 90+ food-centered for-and-not-for-profit and government entities invested in creating a healthy food system in the city of New York.
Sheilah received a BA in Anthropology from the University of Vermont, her coaching certification from NYU in 2020 and is an ICF certified coach. In her free time she assists women who have been out of the workforce for multiple years reclaim their professional identities and find meaningful work.
