Rodrigo Castro is Managing Director at ESG COMPASS, a new software-based evaluation methodology that helps companies to anticipate risks of frauds and improve organizational performance over ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
Before joining ESG COMPASS he worked at Nielsen and Grupo Security, where he served as HR Director overseeing the ESG Strategy for more than 7 companies. He has been advisor for companies such as Unilever, Kellogg’s, L’Oreal, Ohio National, Swissôtel, Mall Plaza, Komatsu, among others, including the industries of financial services, retail, hospitality, metallurgy, real estate, health, and mining.
He has been a guest speaker to the Yale School of Management’s M.B.A. class of Prof. Todd Cort, and also a presenter at major international conferences, including America Economía, SOFOFA, and written articles for Business Journals such as Diario Financiero and Camara Comercio Santiago.
Rodrigo is a graduate of Yale School of Management’s Master of Advanced Management and received a Master of Science in Human Resources with specialization in Business from Pontificia Universidad Católica. He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica, with a Bachelor of Economics degree and a double major in Business Administration. He is fluent in Italian, Spanish and English. He was born in Chile and lives in New Haven, Connecticut with his wife.
